Handsink was found to be without paper towels. ***COS Provided paper towels to hand sink. - 6-301.12 (A-D): Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with: (A) Individual, disposable towels; (B) A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; or (C) A heated-air hand drying device; or (D) A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. - V,COS |

Sanitizer being used is a laundry bleach. The additives used make it unsafe for food contact surfaces. Purchase a disinfecting bleach (it should have an EPA registration number and say “kills 99.99% of germs”. When new sanitizer is purchased, send a picture of the bleach next to your food license to Dawn at dgiovanetto@tchd.net. If a picture is not received a follow up will occur on or after December 1, 2023. - 7-204.11: Chemical SANITIZERS, including chemical sanitizing solutions generated on-site, and other chemical antimicrobials applied to FOOD-CONTACT SURFACEs shall: (A) Meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations (Food-contact surface sanitizing solutions), or (B) Meet the requirements as specified in 40 CFR 180.2020 Pesticide Chemicals Not Requiring a Tolerance or Exemption from Tolerance-Non-food determinations. - V (Correct By: Dec 1, 2023) |
